2015 NBA House (Brooklyn, NYC)

As the Print Production Manager for the event, I oversaw the entire print production process from start to finish. My role involved working closely with vendors to ensure that all graphic materials were produced to the highest quality standards and delivered on time.

One of my main responsibilities was to collaborate with printers to create over 225 large-scale graphic files. These files covered a wide range of elements, including interior event space designs, floor decals, column wraps, street banners, venue posters, entrance displays, outdoor column wraps, and directional signage.

I also coordinated to ensure that all printing processes ran smoothly. This involved providing detailed specifications and artwork files, reviewing proofs for accuracy and quality, and approving final prints before production.

Throughout the entire process, I maintained open communication with all stakeholders to address any questions or concerns and ensure that everyone was aligned on the project's goals and timelines. By managing the print production process effectively, I helped to ensure that the event's branding and messaging were effectively communicated to attendees and that the overall event experience was a success.
