Contracted as Production Manager for this event, I oversaw the final production for this event, managing print, digital, and apparel for booths and stages. I handled all marketing collateral, including swag bags, the convention booklet, and the Zumba Wear 2016 Catalog. My role also involved reviewing and approving final files, coordinating with the print production team and printers, ensuring a smooth schedule.
